With over twenty years of experience in the financing industry and almost fifteen years as a mortgage agent, I have a thorough understanding of how mortgages work. Through the Mortgage Alliance, I share my knowledge with my clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
I offer my clients the best first, second, and third residential and commercial mortgages, lines of credit and loans. While I specialize in first-time mortgages, I am equally adept at tackling complex mortgage requirements. I also offer my clients a slew of options if they’re looking to refinance their mortgage.
Over the years, my ability to help clients has earned me several repeat customers. At times, I have even assisted the second generation of a family to fulfill a financial goal and homeownership dream.

As a mortgage broker in Toronto, my primary job is to take away the stress associated with a mortgage and changes in the rules for obtaining one. To do so, I keep up to date with changes and pass on the knowledge to my team, partners, and most importantly, my clients. As a mortgage problem solver, I have the necessary skills and connections to help even the toughest clients find a lender and product to suit their needs.
I believe that every client is different and requires individual attention and strategy. My ability to work with clients on their terms has been one of the keys to my success. Moreover, adopting the latest technology has allowed me to work with those clients who want to work 100% online as well as clients who prefer meeting face to face.
Through Mortgage Alliance, I have consistently helped clients obtain the best rates and options. This is possible as we work with a broad range of banking and private lending partners to provide a full range of options. Our relationships allow us to present clients with the best rates and mortgage terms. We also work closely with real estate partners to help their clients make informed decisions during the buying process.
My sustained success has led me to become a member of the Mortgage Alliance’s Elite Club for the fifth consecutive year. This means that I am amongst the top 10% of agents across Canada in terms of mortgage volume. I owe my gratitude for this ongoing success to my repeat and new clients and partners. Despite my success, I want to keep improving, and I look forward to being amongst the top 1% of mortgage agents in Canada. I also look forward to continuing the expansion of my team of agents.
For all the success I have enjoyed, I support several local charities, including supporting Mortgage Alliance’s giving initiatives that benefit the Canadian Cancer Society. We are also working to outfit an underprivileged Jamaican school with computers and school supplies.
